Once you start that quest, you get Weapons of War which sends you to recover the rest of the Bravo Company as you unlock one of the cages. After you’ve rescued all four, you take the boat, camouflage yourself, put down some explosives (slick cutscene), then, kill 3 bosses with Bravo Company. Upon your return, the quest guy is there (phased) and you get the reward. I think I soloed it in roughly 25 minutes including the time I stopped to mine Tin nodes while camouflaged.

I read a post in general chat that spelled things out for me: The majority of the server population is Alliance, so Blizzard is not going to risk angering all those players. Leaving a glitch in the game that allows one side unfair anvantage over another is fine, as along as the money keeps coming in.

Many twinks are very close to leveling after gathering every piece of gear and doing every quest required to get particular pieces of gear. Newly created twinks can work in areas and get discovery experience. Older twinks usually cannot discover more than one or two zones which is why this guide was written.

In March 2009 or so, Blizzard reinstated the cap on gathering, removed a bunch of enchant options and enforced level requirements on some of the items commonly used in twinking which made this post somewhat useless.
