BottomScanner is a module in Auctioneer that looks for auctions that are underpriced and allows them to be quickly purchased and relisted at a higher, market based price. Many times low level toons will list items that are just above vendor prices. Depending on the market price for that item, you can buy it cheaply, and relist it, making the margin on it. Auctioneer also has a module that allows you to purchase for Disenchanting. If you're after Vision Dust, you can set up filters to find cheap greens that disenchant into Vision Dust, then relist the Vision Dust on the Auction House.
